Leadership does not break down only at the level of skill. It often breaks down when identity, voice, confidence, presence and influence are out of alignment.

I lived this work before I taught it.

For a long time, I learned to manage the version of myself that showed up in the room. Not because I was hiding, but because somewhere along the way I started to believe my authentic self was not quite enough for the spaces I was in. So I adjusted. And adjusted. Until the adjusted version became the default.

The work I once loved started to feel like a weight. Something felt off. I knew I needed to find my way back to the joy.

That journey began when I stopped saying yes to everything and everyone else and started saying yes to me. I stopped waiting for permission to own my voice, my message, and my purpose.

That is the work I do now. Not because I read about it. Because I lived it.

I bring three decades of experience at the intersection of leadership, performance, talent strategy, and development. I have evaluated leaders, developed leaders, facilitated leadership programs, coached leaders, and been the leader trying to break through.

That dual perspective shapes how I work. I do not simply add another framework. I help leaders see the pattern, understand the cost, practice a different response, and apply it in the moments that matter.
